Refund Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
Our refund window: 14 days
TitlePull refunds within 14 days of purchase for the following reasons:
- Blank report. If the upstream data provider returns no records for the VIN you submitted, the purchase is refunded automatically and you are notified by email. No action required on your part.
- Duplicate charge. If you were charged more than once for the same VIN, the duplicate charges are refunded within 1 business day of receiving your request at support@titlepull.com.
- Delivery error. If the report did not arrive at the email address you provided (and is not in your spam folder), it will be re-sent. If it cannot be delivered after retry, the purchase is refunded.
- Wrong vehicle. The pre-checkout vehicle confirmation step displays the decoded vehicle before charging. In rare cases where the displayed vehicle was wrong (NHTSA decode error), the purchase is refunded.
What is not refunded
- Reports that successfully delivered the data you paid for, even if the data shows information you didn't expect (e.g., the report shows a salvage brand on a vehicle you owned).
- Reports purchased after entering an incorrect VIN (the pre-checkout confirmation step is intended to prevent this).
- Perceived inaccuracies in upstream data (NMVTIS, NHTSA, and Black Book® data is provided by third parties and is not edited or audited by TitlePull).
How to request a refund
Email support@titlepull.com with your VIN and order reference (the short Report ID from your delivery email, format: TP-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX). Responses are sent within 1 business day.
How long the refund takes
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (typically Stripe). Allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Seller Mode refunds
For purchases made through Seller Mode, refunds are issued to the seller (the purchaser of record) on the original payment method, not to the buyer recipient.
